Direct to Film (DTF) transfer is a printing method for textiles and garments. Designs are printed on film with specialized inks and then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure. The film transfer process starts with designing in graphic software. The design is printed on a film with DTF inks, made to bond and last during transfer.
After printing, the film is cured for durability. Then, it's positioned on the fabric, printed side down. Heat and pressure are applied to transfer the ink onto the substrate, resulting in a vivid image.
Direct film transfer offers high-quality prints with intricate details, vibrant colors, and accurate reproduction of complex designs on various fabrics and materials, including cotton, polyester, blends, ceramics, and plastics.
Overall, direct to film transfer is a versatile and efficient printing method that provides excellent results.
It's just that simple, upload your design and we will help you turn it into a high quality Direct To Film Transfer.
After getting your design we will print your design and ship it straight to your home.
Press your DTF transfer at 320°F / 160°C. Medium pressure for 12-15 seconds. Allow 15-20 seconds to cool before peeling, press one more time for ultimate durability.
